Louise first ventured into the Real Estate world when she joined Tridel in 1989 as a Part-Time Administrator while continuing her profession as an Insurance Broker with Marsh & McLennan, Limited. Juggling two jobs kept her busy; perhaps too busy, but Louise felt this compelling need to continue her relationship with Tridel anticipating a “future” with them. In 1998 Louise saw that future and joined Tridel’s sales force on a full-time basis.
Louise’s first project was the prestigious 123 Eglinton located at Yonge and Eglinton. She wasn’t yet licensed but knew of an opportunity that awaited her. Tridel’s flagship project, No. 10 Bellair was scheduled for its premier launch in September 1999. Since most of these suites would range in the millions, Louise recognized the need to be a licensed Real Estate Agent to bring more value, education and guidance to the prospective clients. While working full-time, mother of two young children, Louise went to school and obtained her license in record time.
Now licensed, Louise quickly moved through many locations, selling out buildings. In fact, in just over 5 years Louise sold over $100 Million dollars worth of condominiums with Tridel. Her breadth of knowledge is spread across the GTA from Pickering to Mississauga, North York to the pulse of Downtown Toronto.
Yet the toughest decision for Louise was to come…in 2003 Louise made the difficult, but exciting, plan to join the resale industry leaving Tridel and moving over to Del Realty Inc. This allowed Louise more flexibility to work hard in the resale condo market but be able to spend more time with her family.
Over the next year, Louise pursued a term with Re/Max Results Realty Inc. and gained further knowledge of the Durham Housing Market selling some 25 homes in just under 9 months and achieving the 100% Club Award. Again, Louise wanted to bring a higher level of service to her clients and decided that one way to do this would be to pursue training as a Home Stager. Now as an Accredited Staging Professional, and combining her years of shadowing the interior designers at Tridel, she can only benefit a seller further with this knowledge and expertise to showcase their own home!
Location! Location! Location! They say is everything and Louise knew that too. Looking to put herself right in the City of Pickering - bringing her closer to her clients - Louise joined Royal LePage Connect Realty Inc. This was a smart move. It has allowed Louise to connect with her clients both in Durham Region and in Toronto. The fit with Royal LePage Connect has been remarkable. The level of professionalism, service and top-notch image continues to suite Louise perfectly. 2006 has proven to be Louise’s best year ever…she has earned the Director’s Platinum Award in just one year! In 2007, Louise earned the Diamond Award which ranks her in the top 3% across Canada.
Louise continues to concentrate on selling homes and condominiums across Durham Region to Central Toronto. She has a wealth of knowledge and would love to share it with you.
