We knew from the moment we met Louise Sabino that she was a dynamite real estate sales rep. She ticked all the boxes. Her warm personality meant we got to know more than a little about one another. We felt confident that she would do her very best for us.

We would very much recommend Louise Sabino as a Real Estate Salesperson "exceeding excellence"

We engaged Louise's services from information gathered from her website plus the fact that she lived in the neighbourhood of our rental property. We figured she would have a lot to offer from her credentials and the fact that she lived in the neighbourhood "spoke for the neighbourhood". We were not disappointed!!!! She was on the job immediately from the first e-mail to her on her website (even though it was a Sunday). She quickly set about gaining our confidence in her abilities. All meetings were set up promptly and conducted in a businesslike manner. Updates were provided, either by Louise or her office, on a very regular basis. She explained all aspects of selling a "rental property" and the quirks thereof. Louise sold our property in 3 weeks!!! It was not the easiest sale in the world - needing a very specific buyer. The sale went though without a hitch due to her diligence in covering all possible "hiccup" areas.

We have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years - but can unequivocally say that Louise stood out by far from our previous Real Estate experiences. We would not hesitate to engage her services again and are very confident that you will not be disappointed with Louise handling your home sale or purchase.
